Hi Andrea. We do not offer any variety of gluten free breads as the set up of our bakery doesn’t allow a separate facility from the milling of our wheat flour in our bakery.

Hi Ronald. We bake ryes every Tuesday on our current schedule, and rotate between three types. We will bake our onion rye tomorrow (Tuesday February 12th) our Ukrainian Dark Rye the following Tuesday and our Country Rye (plain seeded) the following, on Tuesday February 26th, then start all over again March 5th.
